I work closely with publicans to strengthen food‑led offers, ensuring menus are appealing, achievable, and right for their business and clientele.

My focus is on stabilising and improving GP through clear pricing, disciplined execution, and commercially sound food strategies that work in real kitchens. I’m passionate about helping independent pubs build sustainable, profitable businesses without losing their identity—bringing clarity, confidence, and control back to the food offer.
